Steven and Matt, service advisors, were very professional and let me know everything I needed to know to make an informed decision on the service needed on my jeep. The waiting area was clean. One recommendation would be to have more electrical outlets to do work while waiting for work to be done.

Miguel was very patient and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience there was pleasant.

My dealing with Courtesy ram started on the phone with Jay Caban, I told him what I was looking for.He replied I have two here that meets what you asked for. I made an appointment. Arrived at the dealership met with Jay who showed me both vehicles we took a test drive came back and I said I’ll take the one on the showroom floor. I might add that Jay was more than helpful, knew his product and walked me through some of the operational features of the vehicle prior to purchase. If we were rating on your one to five, I would give him a strong five.
