Andrew was my service rep. He was great. Communication was clear and timely. His engagement with the warranty company and follow-up with me was outstanding customer service. We were able to resolve my longstanding issue with my van.

My dealing with Courtesy ram started on the phone with Jay Caban, I told him what I was looking for. He replied I have two here that meets what you asked for. I made an appointment. Arrived at the dealership met with Jay who showed me both vehicles we took a test drive came back and I said I’ll take the one on the showroom floor. I might add that Jay was more than helpful, knew his product and walked me through some of the operational features of the vehicle prior to purchase. If we were rating on your one to five, I would give him a strong five.

My experience didn’t date off too good I had to take my car in a few times to get it fixed. Thankfully the service crew was amazing and did everything they could to get the problem resolved. My sales advisor Moe was absolutely amazing. He helped me a lot through the process of getting everything fixed and converted me through the issue. I was freaking out because it was a new car but he reassured me that everything was okay and he helped me throughout the process.
