Nate did a great job

Nate was our sales rep who was no pressure, found a Jeep on the lot that I really wanted versus the original my husband picked out. He had the vehicle cleaned up and put aside for me to view 2 days later without requiring a deposit hold. Our paperwork had the wrong VIN and only after contacting Nate directly did we get the corrected paperwork. Even though he was no longer employed there he still was able to make sure we got the updated paperwork.

Sydney is great to work with her customer service is on point delays out of her control were the biggest issues we are still working at resolving some issues hopefully we will get them worked out soon

Mr Ellis 19 year sales man who will do amazing things, He was very patient and determened did not once let me feel out of place or unwanted. when I almost gave up he did not, He kept talking to everyone that needed to be talked to , I left with the vehicle I wanted and I appreciate everyone who assisted , thank you!

Overall very good. Would have liked to have updates. In the 3 hours we waited never received any info on ow repairs were progressing.

I love my new car

My truck damaged in a accident 4/10/2024 the insurance company refused to pay for repairs. After two body shops worked on damage . Called other Dealers nobody would repair or look at the problem. Repairs were made and drives better than new.
