I had contacted Courtesy about a Challenger that I saw in stock and was willing to fly down from NJ to do so. Joey and Edwin were very up front and transparent about pricing, fees etc which is refreshing because generally dealerships want you to come in to talk. They answered all my questions and concerns I had along with Jonathan from finance. With good price and service I flew down to but the car. Joey, Edwin and Jonathan made sure I was taken care of from the time I talked on phone, email and text with them and in person when I finally came down there to purchase.

Richard was great. The day I had to bring my vehicle in was the day after the CDK ransomware issue happened and he explained to me how it would affect everything. There was an issue with finding the part my vehicle needed, with it being an older car, but I appreciated that you guys took the time to find the right one rather than something that would potentially not work well.
