I was a little surprised to be told that I could have an Uber instead of the old free shuttle—but ONLY one way and make my own way back.Also, so many texts! 13, between a one-way ride share, Courtesy wanting to make an offer on my Elantra, and updates on service. Fewer texts would be easier to understand!Ethan was a good service advisor, and work was done roughly when I expected.

Rolando is always very helpful and kind when we need his help, it’s always nice to go to the dealer and get the excellent service that we always get.

Received car and two days later had to be towed in again with the same exact issue. Where it now sits in your service center again. My son typically drives this car and it just died on the interstate- a very dangerous situation.

My experience was a bit challenging at first...Jesus Valiente, Service Manager, corrected the situation and I am happy! Thank you Jesus!
