I was a little surprised to be told that I could have an Uber instead of the old free shuttle—but ONLY one way and make my own way back.Also, so many texts! 13, between a one-way ride share, Courtesy wanting to make an offer on my Elantra, and updates on service. Fewer texts would be easier to understand!Ethan was a good service advisor, and work was done roughly when I expected.

Received car and two days later had to be towed in again with the same exact issue. Where it now sits in your service center again. My son typically drives this car and it just died on the interstate- a very dangerous situation.

Wish I had a diff service advisor. Uncomfortable waiting area...TV and stereo speakers blaring at same time...hard on my tinnitus...others complained to each other. Coffee cups had no lids, feared spills. No snack bar, only vending machine. Only chairs, no tables. My recall should not have taken three hours with my early appt. Most of the staff was friendly. My advisor had an unprofessional attitude. If another recall comes up, I will either make sure I don't get him or go to a diff dealership. I will stay where I am for regular maintenance
