Wish I had a diff service advisor. Uncomfortable waiting area...TV and stereo speakers blaring at same time...hard on my tinnitus...others complained to each other. Coffee cups had no lids, feared spills. No snack bar, only vending machine. Only chairs, no tables. My recall should not have taken three hours with my early appt. Most of the staff was friendly. My advisor had an unprofessional attitude. If another recall comes up, I will either make sure I don't get him or go to a diff dealership. I will stay where I am for regular maintenance

Great service with Jeff Martinez. Everyone I had contact with was so polite and attentive. I appreciate a good service department because I always buy extended warranties. Being able to go to the dealer service shop is a big plus.

The wait was a little longer than I would have liked and there was an error that could have potentially costed me an additional $185 in services that I didn't need. Once it was brought up the rep handled it well and I felt taken care of.

Ethan was great, but having an appointment for 8:20, showing up on time, then being told my car won’t be looked at for 3 hours is unacceptable.
