Good service. Good customer service. The only problem is the length of time you have to wait to get your car back.

We were charged for something that was deferred on the paperwork. He said he received a text to do work but the timeline of the text didn’t make sense and the official paperwork submitted said to defer, so I’m not exactly understanding of his point.

I needed an oil change and Air was broken and they did a great job of getting appointment and fixing same day!!

Although Dominick was extremely helpful & personable, I had been standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes before he asked if I was already being helped. I completely understand it was the end of the day for the service department; however, I should have at least been greeted/acknowledged before that. Also, I didn't realize until afterwards that my filter wasn't changed & that it's an extra charge. Anywhere else I go, it's included with the oil change.The customer service Dominick gave was amazing, though, & I do appreciate him advising me of some additional information after everything was completed. An extra that I enjoyed was the Latin music playing in the waiting area 😊

Ben was so helpful. He stayed with me until The Uber came and I was on my way.

It was uneventful...Which is fine with me...
