Joshua, explained about fixing a recall and doing my oil change. The recall would take about 4 hours if I wanted to wait? I told him of course I'd wait. The whole thing took less than that time. So I know he was giving me worse scenario. It only took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Making me a very Happy customer.
