Was seen immediately after pulling up and was checked in. Everything went smoothly. I waited about 1hour and a half. Check out was easy and I was own my way.

Well the oil change went well but yesterday while starting the car it took longer than usual and then while driving the car was actually sputtering and the speed maxed out at 25mph even while flooring to see if it would pick up but did not i then let go of the gas pedal then slowly pressed on it again to then start picking up speed I was able to make it home no errors or lights came on but something is definitely off since my car was last viewed from hyundai...

Overall very good & positive experience. Sales rep Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and listened to what we needed and wanted from a new car. The finance department was quick and easy. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Excellent service as promised

Bumper was not secured correctly back on. Was told that the vehicle would be ready in several days and not get an update on the status of the vehicle. If this was the first time, it wouldn’t have been too bad, but this was the second time I’ve had issues.

My advisor Scott is the best advisor. He takes the time to explain things and is courteous and friendly. He is the main reason why I continue to gone back to Courtesy. He is the front door to exceptional service!

Bueno es una pena que los Mecanicos o no se quienes son los encargados de la parte de atras cuendo elCarro pasa para el taller no hagan su trabajo Completo ,ya van dos veces que me pasa primera vez fue que dijeron que habian hecho todo el matenimiento y rotacion de Gomas y todo y resulta ser que ese dia fui con una goma Poncheda y cuando salió elCarro la goma en el mismo lugar que cuendo llegue ,y Ultimo que rellenaron tods los liquidos y el antifree cooler estaba donde mismo y le dije que le faltaba cuando entro elCarro ,tubo que llevar elCarro Rolando y hecharle el mismo el agua ,por lo demas las personas que te resiven y los que te hacen los Papeles’s todo bien .Rolando buena attention
