Overall the experience was good. My service advisor was great however, 3hrs and 15mins for a oil change alone no ture rotation or any other service I think was excessive. Also they went ahead and did a recall service which I was unaware of which was great. I think next time better communication of the progress of the service would be great.

My experience was great, communication was effective. It was my first time and service was great and I was taken well care of. The staff attending to me was excellent and even communicated and was very kind.

I went in for a routine maintenance check and Ethan was my service agent. I was greeted and I explained what the visit was for, was told it would take about an hour and a half and that was exactly how long it took. I received a text telling me that there was a question about the alignment, and when I went to speak with Ethan, he told me it was fine. It was just based on the mileage, which I appreciated greatly. The car was returned to me washed. It was a very good experience.
