Great Service

My engine still not fixed. I didn’t get proper diagnosticsMy coolant water was full before I handled it after it was on low and now it’s zero.I have white smoke coming out of the exhaustEngine is shaking and I still have abs and DSB canceled on my dashboard after fixing the recalls I paid 4300$ and my engine still not fixed keep in mind I have the extended warranty.

I waited 2 days for my car. I called and left a message with someone at service to have my service guy call me. Never heard from him. So I called a few hours later got someone else who was very helpful told me the guy was out AND they texted me hours ago that my car was ready. Well I never received such text. So instead of not reaching out because I didn’t respond to the text I was without my car for half a day.

Worst place for service on cars !!!! Sales department are excellent and helpful... Will come back to purchase but won't come back for any service to any vehicle .

It was a very nervous but very easy going experience in order to achieved what we wanted. And we purchased 2 vehicles that we are completely satisfied. Carlos Ventura was a great salesman, great attitude and willingness to help us and give us the best deal
