Every visit seems to get worse. My wife brought our car in at 8 a.m. and was told there was no shuttle service available. I left work to go pick her up. Yet, while she was standing there for me, another customer was told that Hyundai had arranged an Uber for them.By 5:30 p.m., my wife called to check on the car and was told it wasn’t finished — but that she needed to be there by 6 p.m. to pick it up. When she arrived, she was then told the car had actually been ready since 1 p.m. No phone call, no text message, no update, nothing.The lack of communication and consistency is really disappointing. It genuinely feels like customers with prepaid maintenance plans are treated as a lower priority, which is unacceptable. We paid for convenience and reliability, but each visit has been the opposite experience.

Un servicio post venta malo. La atención de los vendedores debería ser igual de cordial y amable después de comprar el carro, no interesa mucho cuan satisfecho estes con el carro, ni hay una intencion o interes al respecto, por el contrario una actitud de desinteres muy notable.

Had to wait a long time before I was told what was taking so long (after I had to ask).Had to replace an engine cooling fan and then I was told the cluster module was not working (was working when I bought it in) and I would have to bring it back. I have to make a appointment to come back.

I had previous service with my advisor Jeffrey. He went above and beyond to provide great service. So naturally I requested him by name on my next service appointment. He once again provided absolute great service and made my experience a joy. This is the kind of employee that is needed to represent your establishment. Jeffrey keeps me coming back and placing this establishment above all others that are much closer to my home.
