I was greeted by a nice gentleman who escorted me to Dominick who assisted me in filling out the work order. Dominick also mentioned it would be awhile before the service department could look at the vehicle and offered me a shuttle home, which was unexpected but much appreciated.Service department noticed a crack in my windshield (which I had forgotten to mention) and explained how to contact my insurance company to have it repaired. My insurance approved payment and the windshield was replaced within two days by American Glass Profession. I am extremely pleased with Courtesy Hyundai.Dominick contacted me to be sure I was pleased with the work completed.

Jonathan Pacheco was very help and answered all my questions. Any of my concerns were quickly addressed and resolved. Without him, I would have gone somewhere else.

I gave you all a rating of 9, because I brought my car there for a fuel pump and got it back Friday and Saturday I had to bring it back it was doing the same thing the first time
