Ben was very good! He was very nice and professional and made sure I was serviced on time. My frustration is not with him, but with some recommended services I have to pay for that I had an issue with the day I first got the car. I noticed the inside will get very dusty, and please do not tell me it’s normal. I had other cars before and they never got so dusty inside. I mean I will see the dust particules in the air inside my car. I brought it to the attention to the salesperson that first week but was advised it was normal and I had to clean every day. Well the recommendation was I had to change the cabin air filter and something else. I believe this issue was there the day I got the car. I believe I don’t have to pay for anything that has to do with the cabin air.

I had an 8:20 am appointment for warranty work my Ioniq system said was needed. I arrived at 8:15am. Work did not start on my car until 9:30 (I could see still locked on app and car hadn’t moved. Inspection was completed at 10:00 am with some recommended services. I approved within 1 minute. I noticed my car at that time was parked outside the service bays. At 10:35, I noticed was car was still locked and still parked. I requested an update from service manager and he stated the tech must have moved on to another vehicle. I said to just forget about the service as obviously it wasn’t a high priority. The service manager said they could get done quickly. The tech did the service (replace cabin filter) in the parking lot from 10:40-10:45. Incredibly the labor cost was $36, or $720/hr. This is the 2nd time I have had to wait an excessive time at your dealership. In addition, the maintenance reminder was not reset on my Ionic as it still states I need service and this service doesn’t show in MyHyundai service history.

I just got an oil change done on my car and the service was fantastic. Mario, the mechanic, is truly amazing at what he does. He's always so thorough and keeps my car running smoothly. The service manager also did a great job making sure everything was taken care of efficiently. I'm really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend their services.

Scott was fantastic. I would’ve definitely given a five if my car could’ve been finished that day instead of having to spend a night. But that definitely wasn’t anyone’s fault but the car.

Courtesy made obtaining a title for a lease buy out a nightmare. They happily took my money and then took weeks to respond to any calls or emails regarding where the title was. I had to call multiple departments only to be told that the title was back at the dealership.This is weeks after reaching out to Courtesy. Once I got to the dealership to pick up the title I had to wait another 20 minutes since the staff was in a meeting. I begged the girl at the front desk to desk to just tell me where it was because I just wanted to be done with this dealership. No one could be bothered to get up from their chairs to retrieve a title that Courtesy refused to mail to me. This included Valeria who was directly involved in the lease buy out. I will never purchase a Hyundai vehicle again. I don’t like to complain but my god the level of indifference and incompetence displayed by Hyundai should be utilized for counter terrorism purposes because this would break anyone mentally.
