When I pulled into the service area. I went to see my service man, Mr. Scott Hope who was eager to help me. He listened to my concerns about an oil and filter change and checking my tires. He answered my questions too! When the car was ready, the car was driven back to the service area. I had a few more questions which he answered. It was a nice experience.
