Brought car in for a recall and routine service. I asked for help to connect my phone with Apple car play. They said it would be fixed by the recall. It was not so I’ll need to make another appointment. I was at the original appointment for 4 1/2 hours and really hoped the Apple car play could have been resolved.

Sean was very helpful - service was fine.

Dropped my car off for an oil change. Sean made sure the dealership was using the right oil in my Elantra N as it takes a different oil than most Hyundai cars.I did request that the car was not washed, and it was. But this was not Sean’s fault as he assured me that message was shared with the team.Satisfactory experience overall.
