I was satisfied with the work that was done. However, when I tried calling several hours after I dropped off the car to see if it was ready, I could not get in touch with my or any other service writer. The receptionist said that no one was available in Service to take my call. This was very frustrating!

My rep was Ian and he was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a busy time but they were done before the estimated time. Everyone did a great job

Most of our shopping was via text and it went smooth and at no time did I feel pressured or harassed to make a purchase.

I was greeted promptly and treated excellently.

The salesman was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product. He was able to assist me with the vehicle purchase without any problems.

Easy appointment scheduling. I was taken right in to talk with service rep and he got me lyft ride to car rental. They kept me updated and what was going on and was able to diagnose and fix the problem overnight.
