The visit was good. Easy! Only comment is the attempt to upsell $3k+ in additional services on a car not even at 20k miles seems sleazy. It was easy enough to reject them, but I'd suggest putting some kind of maximum on upselling and also making sure the recommendations make sense for the vehicle. To me it just seemed like a way to get people probably less knowledgeable about car maintenance to spend money purchasing services they don't need at a time when it's more expensive then ever to afford basic life needs.

I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe for oil change service, my service advisor Jordan Pate always greets me with a hand shake, smile and a good to see you again. Which that alone makes the experience great

professional, timely, with good communications throughout the process

Scott was very helpful and courteous. It did take a longer than normal waiting because of a bad thunderstorm and tornado warning in the area. All in all it was a good experience.
