I would rather Talk to the expert which ever Mechanic serviced my SUV. I was assigned to Sean the mechanic so I thought. However I was stuck with Sean at the counter who seemed rushed and could not really explain any info I was misled by Being told Sean would be taking care of my SUV when actually he is not the mechanic

The only thing I don’t like is that I’m not told why a particular service is needed I’m just told that it’s needed and how much to pay. Everything else is fine.
