Feel I got a fair deal, very pleased.

The team did a great job. Scott Hope my Service Advisor did great. My only suggestion is that on a Saturday when it's real busy the service department needs to have extra techs in case they find something or recommends a replacement of a part in your car.

Ian my sevice rep was very attentive to the my service needs. The service techs that worked on my car did a great job.

Great communication as we worked through finding the source of the noise.

Fast service car cleaned

In for a regularly scheduled oil change...took a while to get done, even with an appointment (busy day), but I was kept posted about the progress. At the time to pick the car up, I was directed to a car that was not mine. The service tech was very apologetic about the mistake, and the service manager even gave me the oil change at no cost because of the mistake. This is why I will continue to buy my cars and have them serviced by Hyundai...you stand by your warranties, and everything is done right.
