Fast service car cleaned

In for a regularly scheduled oil change...took a while to get done, even with an appointment (busy day), but I was kept posted about the progress. At the time to pick the car up, I was directed to a car that was not mine. The service tech was very apologetic about the mistake, and the service manager even gave me the oil change at no cost because of the mistake. This is why I will continue to buy my cars and have them serviced by Hyundai...you stand by your warranties, and everything is done right.

Good enough, but I wish I'd known that replacing the cabin air filter is one of those unnecessary things that car dealerships use to get you to spend money. I probably wouldn't have said yes to it if I had been smarter.
