The sales experience was great. The sales person was very patient with me (I have anxiety about making big purchases and always have a billion questions) and made sure I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted. They went above and beyond what they had to do to work within my limits and were always polite and fast with follow ups. The F&I process felt very pushy and felt like the F&I person was attempting to use high-pressure tactics and information overload in order to pressure me into making decisions, and I did not appreciate that. But as I said the sales experience and after-sales experience made up for that.
