My rep, Harold, was very kind and considerate as I looked into buying a car. He took me through my test drive, negotiations, and purchase with kindness and care. I never felt pressured, he understood I was looking around, and was very attentive as I went through the whole process.

Came in to gwt a non functioning autohold button on my center console looked at. Was pleased with the service advisor, she even got my PM service done despite not having an appointment for it. The only two things preventing this from being 5 stars was that I don't appreciate being told that a clear mechanical failure of the button was my fauly from something getting in it, and that if it fails again it won't be warranty. Since there was nothing in it. The prior santa cruz I owned had the button fail due to something sticky getting in it, so I know the difference. The button mechanically ceased to operate correctly. I also really didn't like that my dash camera was unplugged. The dash camera has a constant power supply for 24/7 recording, and was professionally installed. It is there for my safety as well as the technician/dealer, and there was no reason for it to have been unplugged, and then even left unplugged, when I received my vehicle back. Otherwise I like your dealership. Its significantly better than where I bought my vehicle and had been getting it serviced, and the staff are significantly nicer and more considerate. I will return for future services on my santa cruz.
