Went in to lease an Ioniq 5. The sales agent Valeria was very courteous and professional - she had the car washed and charged before pick-up and assisted with a trade-in as well. I've been exchanging some messages with the sales manager and I was impressed with the fact he honored the advertised deal with no nonsense. Overall I had a very good experience, the car is a fantastic vehicle for my parents ('24 Ioniq 5, Current Tesla Y Performance owner) and the quality on the Ioniq feels quite a bit better. The finance manager was great as well. I highly recommend Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa.

Joshua took great care of me when I pulled in without an appointment after hitting a ladder on the Veteran’s and ruining my tire and rim. He even went out of his way and had the rim overnighted so that all could be replaced quickly. I can not thank him enough for that.
