I took my car in for service. I was due for my timing belt to be replaced. Jeff did a great job in getting the work done in a day.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott during my visit to Courtesy Hyundai. I came in for general maintenance and a potential concern regarding a noise coming from my car. Not only did he address all of my questions but he was truthful about the status of my car and provided some of the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time which isn’t always easy to find these days. Unfortunately, I caught two flat tires while driving up Dale Mabry. Once I was towed to the dealership I received prompt service and received updates throughout the process of not only ordering my tires, but when they’d be put on and serviced. I was able to get back to work and in the groove of things seamlessly.
