Unfortunately, I caught two flat tires while driving up Dale Mabry. Once I was towed to the dealership I received prompt service and received updates throughout the process of not only ordering my tires, but when they’d be put on and serviced. I was able to get back to work and in the groove of things seamlessly.

Good service experience other than the extended wait.

I brought it in for a rattling noise in the trunk area and was told the service department did not hear it after driving the car for 5 miles... I heard it as soon as I pulled out on the highway. I have never heard that noise before I took it in for a "recall" on the trunk latch. Not sure how to resolve the rattling issue if I hear it and your service department does not hear it.

Got an oil change and it was very busy so I went out to eat came back and it was done 15 minutes later. Great job super nice
