Good service experience other than the extended wait.

I brought it in for a rattling noise in the trunk area and was told the service department did not hear it after driving the car for 5 miles... I heard it as soon as I pulled out on the highway. I have never heard that noise before I took it in for a "recall" on the trunk latch. Not sure how to resolve the rattling issue if I hear it and your service department does not hear it.

Got an oil change and it was very busy so I went out to eat came back and it was done 15 minutes later. Great job super nice

It was much better this time. We talked to Ethan Clark and he gave us the information we needed. We still had difficulty being informed about the car's status throughout the day, but Ethan made sure we would receive messages next time. We appreciated the service from our advisor but the car issue wasn't settled, still. They changed the left axle twice and then said initially, that it wasn't the axle but something else, so now they have to change something else again. Waste of our time and money.
