Calling just before their closing time the night before a flight, I didn't expect an answer. However, David picked up and immediately tuned into my urgency, arranging an 8am meeting the next day, an hour earlier than other dealerships. With a tight schedule due to my 10am flight, David's accommodation was a relief. I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted, and David quickly set up a test drive of a Hyundai Venue while Mina efficiently prepared my paperwork and secured approval for my business to purchase the vehicle. Impressively, they secured approval from a reputable bank with a fantastic rate. Although my preferred model wasn't in stock, they didn't push the test drive model on me. Instead, they actively searched for and secured the car I wanted, ready for my return in the new year. Their combination of empathy, promptness, and skill in securing an excellent financing deal on my desired car was remarkable. Their offer was the best, and as a woman at a dealership, I felt respected and fairly treated. They were incredibly efficient, ensuring I left on time for my flight. I absolutely adore my new denim blue Hyundai Venue and strongly recommend Hyundai Hillsborough, especially the team of David and Mina, to anyone in the market for a new car.
