I went into the dealership as it was one of the only Hyundai dealerships in the area that had an Elantra N in stock. I was greeted by Nate Drobnick very quickly and taken to look at the car. Nate allowed things to move forward quickly which was much appreciated. Before and during the test drive, Nate thoroughly explained the car and its functionalities very well. Following the test drive, we entered pricing discussions that were very straightforward. I in no way felt pressured into a purchase and felt as though my needs during negotiation were taken into consideration. Following the reaching of a deal, the financing department did take a long time, but they were very communicative and updated me on what was going on. My car was delivered to me in great shape and had been cleaned and detailed. Nate has also done a great job of following up with me and ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase.

The dealership went above and beyond to help me move from my G70 to the, new, GV70 after my health made me need an SUV with its ease of getting in and out and cargo space. My only disappointment with the GV70 is the ISG function that cuts off my engine each time I stop. To avoid this, annoying, feature, I have to turn it off each time I drive. I think there should be a way to disable this feature permanently and make driving more pleasant for me. Please develope a means to permanently disabling ISG.
