The experience was great start to finish. Was greeted as soon as I pulled up and was walked through the hole process and finished up earlier than expected. Great service!

Scott was a bit dry when I first met him, was quick to say service was going to be $79 after I told him this was the first time servicing the car and I have 3 free services with the purchase of the new car. He insisted I was the second owner of a brand new vehicle, and I insisted that would have been impossible since I financed as a new car. At that point I was scared I was scammed by Hyundai of New Port Richey. He goes out to double check VIN of the car and says it was right as I was the second owner. At this point I am starting to get really nervous. He finally tries to enter the VIN number again and I guess this time it shows as mine and not from someone in Virginia. Then he proceeds to tell me it will take 2 hours and a half which I thought it was strange since I had an appointment. It was ok for me to wait, I was just surprised of how long it would take. Right after I sit down someone else tells me it should only take about 90 minutes. I think Scott and I started in the wrong foot but everything turned out fine in the end. I will take it as just a first time mishap and look forward to have a smoother experience next time.

Juan and the Sales Manager (Alex I believe) didn't waste my time, they let me know if I could get the deal I was looking for, and didn't play the BS game causing me to sit there for 6 hours. I had ZERO desire to buy a Hyundai that day. So I left, got the shell game from two other dealerships and again, texted with Juan, and he was just straight up with me. So I came back and leased a Santa Fe. First time in 15 years I didn't lease from Stadium Toyota. All dealerships should take a lesson from Juan and Alex.
