I scheduled an appointment to have my Genesis serviced because I got a notice on my phone from the app that I needed. The oil changed at 5000 miles the original information on the app said that the first service was due at 8000 miles I made the appointment for an oil change And filter online but when I arrive the service counselor told me he was going to complete the full 8000 mile service, including tire, rotation, and inspections.I was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 1/2 hours if I waited, actual took more like four hours before it was ready
