I scheduled an appointment to have my Genesis serviced because I got a notice on my phone from the app that I needed. The oil changed at 5000 miles the original information on the app said that the first service was due at 8000 miles I made the appointment for an oil change And filter online but when I arrive the service counselor told me he was going to complete the full 8000 mile service, including tire, rotation, and inspections. I was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 1/2 hours if I waited, actual took more like four hours before it was ready

Went in for routine maintenance (oil change) and took over 2 hours to get into the shop even though I had an appointment. Plus the car was not washed as promised.

Mega was my salesman, he really was engaged and helping with everything he could. Answering all my questions with respect and doing the most to lower any cost. He really helped the process move along smoother and faster.

My experience was great! Anthony B. helped put my windshield wipers on for free which was super nice of him! He was also super communicative
