Went in for routine maintenance (oil change) and took over 2 hours to get into the shop even though I had an appointment. Plus the car was not washed as promised.

Mega was my salesman, he really was engaged and helping with everything he could. Answering all my questions with respect and doing the most to lower any cost. He really helped the process move along smoother and faster.

My experience was great! Anthony B. helped put my windshield wipers on for free which was super nice of him! He was also super communicative

Just an oil change. Completed in a reasonable amount of time. I waited there. Was an area there with some tables that allowed me to get some work done on my laptop. It would be awesome if they offered Genesis Valet Service, but that isn't a knock on the service, which was good overall.
