First, David & Valeria are truly exceptional members of Courtesy Hyundai. From purchase through this simple servicing, these two stand out from ALL others in the market, too many examples to list. But I'm 60 years old, I've moved overseas 3x times, buying and selling cars, and this is the ONLY TIME I've felt so completely edified that I would feel loyalty to return to Courtesy. This isn't simple flattery, it's a robust endorsement, and I don't give those out easily. Rolando was also great for the service visit! (from Daniel Stamp).

I'm very happy with the service performed and with the support offered, including the Uber to work and the loaner car when it was discovered how long the job would take. The staff was nice when I interacted with them. Overall, I feel like Hyundai is really stepping up as a brand. The only part of my experience that could have been improved upon is the communication throughout the 3 days that my car remained at the shop. It wasn't a smooth transition between associates and I never did get the updates I was expecting regarding when the new evaporator was received at the shop and when I should I expect to have the job done.

Ben was my service advisor. Ben showed what customer service should be. He kept me informed with an engaging attitude. He offered me a ride to and back to the nearest restaurant. He demonstrated at every moment a friendly and polite attitude.
