I'm very happy with the service performed and with the support offered, including the Uber to work and the loaner car when it was discovered how long the job would take. The staff was nice when I interacted with them. Overall, I feel like Hyundai is really stepping up as a brand.The only part of my experience that could have been improved upon is the communication throughout the 3 days that my car remained at the shop. It wasn't a smooth transition between associates and I never did get the updates I was expecting regarding when the new evaporator was received at the shop and when I should I expect to have the job done.
