Very nice and easy transaction, everyone very friendly and helpful. My Sales Consultant Carolyn Toledo del Valle and Sales Manager Jose Perez-Iglesias were very helpful and knowledgeable. Elliot Gunther, Finance Director, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining different options etc. Noone was the least bit pushy, just eager to help and make me a satisfied customer. Went in to have the a/c compressor replaced, now I am concerned. because I was given a loaner while the part was ordered, was told a date of completion, then was told it was ready to pick up much earlier than told ( not complaining about that, that was great) Was told the work was done, and days later, after getting my Tucson back, I get a communication that the part had arrived to bring the car in to have it replaced . so the question arises: was the part ( compressor) replaced or not? I was told that it was done and I picked the car up. I have reached out for an answer on this and Crickets. Not a word. Now curious if the work was done or not? Please advise what is going on here. I await a communication to confirm this. Thanks Alfredo Huertas
