I'm extremely happy with my Elantra and Briannis was awesome very helpful and caring.

Went in to have the a/c compressor replaced, now I am concerned. because I was given a loaner while the part was ordered, was told a date of completion, then was told it was ready to pick up much earlier than told ( not complaining about that, that was great) Was told the work was done, and days later, after getting my Tucson back, I get a communication that the part had arrived to bring the car in to have it replaced . so the question arises: was the part ( compressor) replaced or not?I was told that it was done and I picked the car up.I have reached out for an answer on this and Crickets. Not a word.Now curious if the work was done or not?Please advise what is going on here.I await a communication to confirm this.ThanksAlfredo Huertas

It was time for some maintenance oil change etc. I contacted Jordan, he got me all set up. It was easy just like everytime.

Getting the results right from the 1st conversion is difficult, but if you involve the sales manager, general manager, and manager in conversation, you will get what you want. :)

The buying process was straightforward and painless.
