we had a great experience from start to finish--Courtesy was the only dealer that worked with us via email and phone providing the information we asked for--every other dealer said we had to come in to the dealership to get the information we wanted..Rylan and Thor initially got us the info we asked for--than we worked with Jared and Jonathan--finally Elliott to finalize our purchase.

We had a great experience when we came to Courtesy to buy the Genesis GV80. Unfortunately, after our initial visit when we purchased our car, we have had problems contacting the salesman & the sales manager to get answers for a few issues & questions we have had. It’s been quite disappointing.

My appointment for an oil change and 20,000 mile checkup was made online for 12:20. I was told it would take about 2 hours. I waited in the dealership for 3.5 hours for my car to be serviced. If they weren't able to start the work within a reasonable amount of time from my appointment then that shouldn't be an option for scheduling. The people to whom I handed my keys were very nice. The person at the desk was also very nice. The work done was satisfactory and I appreciated the car wash. But appointment times should reflect when the work will actually begin.
