Great service

My appointment for an oil change and 20,000 mile checkup was made online for 12:20. I was told it would take about 2 hours. I waited in the dealership for 3.5 hours for my car to be serviced. If they weren't able to start the work within a reasonable amount of time from my appointment then that shouldn't be an option for scheduling. The people to whom I handed my keys were very nice. The person at the desk was also very nice. The work done was satisfactory and I appreciated the car wash. But appointment times should reflect when the work will actually begin.

I had a great experience at Courtesy. Jarrid was very accommodating and made the leasing process so easy. The management team went above and beyond to ensure that the wait wasn’t too long. And Manel was a dream to work with in signing my paperwork. Also I returned this week to get my tinting done and Mike was awesome. Everyone at Courtesy has been wonderful.

I recently noticed my horn didn’t work. I didn’t have an appointment, but that didn’t seem to matter as Tiffany got my car completed quickly for me

Service team was top notch. The gentlemen I believe named McKay did an excellent job cleaning and detailing my car.
