I was welcomed upon arrival. The valet was super nice and efficient. I got placed with Ian. He was super kind and patient as I explained my car’s needs. As I described the lights on my dash, he knew exactly what I was talking about. He let me talk about the air pressure in my tires and gave me possible scenarios of what might be occurring. We also talked about what model Hyundai I would get when my lease finishes. He is an excellent representative of what Courtesy Hyundai customer service is and means. He is a great role model for some of your other advisers.

Great customer service from start to finish! I called about a specific car, they had it up front waiting on me when I got there. Worked with me on payments and interest rates. They have definitely secured my business from now on.

The people at your business are very friendly and ready to help. I had an oil change and tire rotation. My only downside was the wait. I brought my car in at 11:40 (scheduled time) and did not get it back until close to 3 pm.

Experience was smooth - and Raymond was a great help. We had 3 total visits to prepare ourselves for purchasing a new car. Each experience we gained confidence we were going to purchase a GV80. By the time we made the purchase, Raymond had traded for a car we liked in Orlando, and we had it in our possesion within 48 hours.
