I came in for routine maintenance. They found a nail on my tire. I wish I still had an extra $350, but I was in and out within about an hour and a half. It was easy.

Bringing in the Santa Cruz 2023 for oil change and tire rotation for the first time. Consultant was courteously good and professional. I give a high compliment to the consultant instructed not to wash the vehicle because I have a rack in the back of the bed of the Santa Cruz that I'm aware of that the rack in the vehicle can be damaged through the car wash. The the vehicle was service covered by the warranty. I was willing to pay extra for the proper specification of the oil service. I didn't ask but on the paper receipt didn't specify if the proper specification of oil was put in.
