Ethan recognized me when I contacted the dealership for service. He greeted me upon arrival. He remembered conversations we’ve had during previous service appointments. I’ve had my cars serviced at dozens of places all over the country, and in other countries, over the course of 25 years, and Ethan is unequivocally the best I’ve ever encountered. He’s friendly, respectful, authentic, and a genuinely good person. I don’t know any of the managers at Countryside, but I would love to see Ethan get promoted because he would undoubtedly build an incredible team.

Took my Santa Fe for the Engine Failure claim, The service advisor was great to work with. Sean Conolly did an excellent job submitting the claim and providing updates during the process. The process was long but an the end got a new engine along with other peripheral items that were also damaged during the engine failure.

Service Advisor Scott Hope was pleasant to work with. Just took too long to get a wheel speed sensor.
