The 30K-mile maintenance was extremely beneficial, particularly the MCU software update. The vehicle drives SO much better and the fuel economy was instantly improved by 10mpg. Unfortunately, the requested tire rotation wasn’t done, as was promised.

I have been buying cars for over 50 years and this was one of the best experiences. My salesman Jarrid Maccaroine was fantastic. He worked up three different vehicles for me to get the best price. There was never any pressure from him. And this was a Saturday so the dealer was very busy. He answered all my questions and never tried to push anything. This impressed me very much. He never made me feel like he wanted to move on to another customer. As for service I don't know yet. I'm sure if the rest of the dealership is as good as Jarred I won't have any problems. P.S. I love my 2024 GV70 so far.

There was some confusion when I first arrived as to whether my part that was ordered for me was still there or had been shipped back. About 5 minutes after leaving and needing to reschedule, I received a phone call and Scott confirmed that my part had been found and they would still be able to repair my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered that they actually filled up my gas tank for the confusion that transpired at my scheduled appointment. Car is finally working properly and I would highly recommend this dealership.
