Took my Santa Fe in for regular service and a recall fix for the trailer hitch. Prompt and friendly service. Ian was very helpful, including searching the vehicle for an object I inadvertently left behind.

I worked with Carlos Ventura. I thought he knew the product well and understood what it was that iI was looking for in a car. He wasn’t pushy- which I greatly appreciated- and he was good about checking in with me regarding where I was in the car buying process. He didn’t hound me and always let me know that he was available. I took my time and it was good to know that a sales person understood that I wanted to do that.

Rei was very helpful and I never felt pressured. He was understanding of my needs and concerns. The finance guy was kind as well. However, on Saturday, the system was down and on Monday, when I went to finish signing, I had to wait for over 2 hours

The service did not take long and customer service was great.
