Drove to Tampa to purchase a Kona from Hyundai of New Port Richey as they had the best prices. After arriving I was told about the fees that they add made an $18,700 Kona out the door at around $25,000. Ridiculous. I called Courtesy Hyundai and spoke with Rubin, he assured me their fees weren't like that. I went there and Rubin helped find me the perfect Kona and the fees were normal. They gave us a fair price and I purchased on the spot. Everyone involved at the dealership was very professional.

I went to get 2 recalls serviced. You would have received 5 stars, but you do not offer shuttle services. While I appreciate the Lyft service (One way only), you should offer it round trip.

Raymond Hill and his support staff were very helpful, took two days to come to an agreement but we got there. Jose his manager along with the financial people Memo?? I believe, was very supportive and answered all questions.

Dave offered great service! He was kind, patient and made himself available even after normal hours. The thing I appreciated the most was the transparent manner which he handled the price negotiation. No extra fees, no dealer packages, just the plain car price and discounts on top. However, what tainted the experience and left me with a bitter taste in my mouth was the fact that after all the negotiations were done and we had reached a final price, I went to the financial department and was surprised with an extra leasing fee and payment of the 1st installment on top of my down payment. This was very disappointing and should have been made clear beforehand. Other than that, I would recommend the dealership and especially Dave to anyone seeking to purchase a Hyundai in Tampa.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised how easy the process of purchasing was at Hyundai, that is once we made up our minds on what vehicle to purchase. Jarred was great in answering all of our questions and excellent in meeting all of my must haves.
