Carolyn helped me and was very kind and informed me about all the features of the car. Courtesy Hyundai Tampa had clean facilities and offered free water and coffee. They also had a vending machine with snacks for purchase. Everyone moved very quickly and there was not a long wait. I am concerned that I ended up paying $1000 more on my down payment then quoted and I’m not sure why. I did find scuffs and even a red woman’s fingernail in my new car, which is minor but still means the “detail” wasn’t a detail. I also was not told about a premium free offer that my car was eligible for, but found out through the Rick Case Hyundai dealership in Davie, FL. When I called Courtesy Hyundai Tampa about it, they did not have the information but asked me to drive in-person to “figure things out”. When I arrived, they had already figured it out, but still asked me to come in person to have me complete a survey. This was distasteful.

Anthony was great. Only hiccup with the purchase was we received the wrong VIN car and had to come back to the dealership to swap it out.
