The malfunction indicator light was on on my Kona and I stopped by and was received by Jordan who was very attentive and told me to bring the car on Saturday morning which I did and he took care of me immediately. He kept me informed of the progress of the car and sent me a text when the car was ready for pickup. Very smooth experience thanks to Jordan.
