I only have one Vehicle for transportation. The service took approx. 4 hr. to complete. My appointment was for 8:00 AM and you could not be sure that the work would be done by 5:00 PM when the service dept. closes. You have courtesy transportation but only one way. I was given the opportunity to get permission for a ride back to the shop if it was before 5:00 PM. If later than 5:00 PM, you would keep my vehicle overnight, leaving me without transportation. My brother (age 85), and I (age 77) would prefer not to be without transportation. My vehicle mileage is 11378 miles and I have the extended service agreement. This was my second scheduled service for a recall. When the work was done, I had approved additional services to the sum of $451.05 which included a $50.00 discount.
