We agreed on a pre arranged price acceptable to both. I mads an appointment to get my car at 11 AM on Friday. I finally left with the vehicle after 3 hours. Could have been a little better, but everyone was really nice. I would purchase again at Courtesy.

I scheduled a test drive through the system, and Nick was quick to reach out to confirm. While the specific vehicle I wanted had not yet been delivered to the dealership, he was able to locate it after the drive. He was very friendly, as was Derek. In fact, all the team was helpful. It was a great experience overall.

Had a great experience. Jesus took care of me and the passed me off to Jordan. Jordan also did an excellent job. The communication was key. My vehicle had some recall items to take care of and I was told upfront about them so I could plane my day accordingly. Thank you!!
