People were helpful but it seemed we were rushed in the finance department and things were not fully explained. Maybe because we are in our 70's we need time to pick up what we need to know. I am looking at the road hazard tire and wheel coverage that I purchased for $923. I have no idea what it covers. The same for the Superior Car Protection. I would like to have a page of what items are covered. A half hour with someone who knows how the different things operate on the vehicle would be helpful for us that we have not had used before. Is there supposed to be a usb cord included. The book seems to imply one is included. There is supposed to be a paper about what to do if you have a "lemon" vehicle to fill out.

I requested via email, voice amil and operator a printed service recommendation, never got one.
