Jordan was quite helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in responding! Overall I am super satisfied with Jordan’s performance completely and he is 5-stars! However, the wait time was 5 hours despite taking an appointment for maintenance of the car and it was just oil and filter change! I understand we need to wait but that is so long and I lost several appointments that day due to this! I don’t understand the need to take an appointment to f it is going to take that long!

No pressure from the sales staff and everyone was very friendly!. I would definitely recommend them!
