Positives: I'm thoroughly pleased with the vehicle, the purchasing experience was smooth and much faster than I expected, dealership pricing was fair and straightforward, sufficient inventory to choose from, and Mo (finance) answered many questions about warranty policies and the vehicle registration process. Negatives: the gas tank wasn't filled during final vehicle prep so I had to search around for the sales rep, the window sticker was folded on the back floor with footprints on it - I thought it was a disposable mat until I went to trash it at home, and no follow-up call from the rep despite being told by him to expect one the next day. Also, I was sold on the car prior to making an appointment, but the rep didn't promote the car's features or offer detailed answers to questions. I spent a significant amount of time researching the car and watching reviews before-hand - it felt like I knew more about the car than he did.

The guy they call Bow- tie, was the best salesman ever. He made it the best car buying experience possible. Thanks Bow-tie 😀
