Camila was a wonderful sales rep and very attentive to my needs and worked to find d a way to finance my new vehicle. What was supposed to be a stressful situation, she made it extremely smooth.

My experience was good. Over the years I have purchased 4 vehicles from Courtesy Hyundai and have always been satisfied with their sales and service dept. I was a little disappointed that the mechanic couldn't locate the problem with my vehicle but it's like that sometimes.

We arrived at Courtesy Genesis on the afternoon of 11/28. I had a specific vehicle in mind. Antonio greeted us right away. The car I came in to see had already sold, but he was able to find me one just like it in Sarasota. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had from start to finish. Antonio made sure we were comfortable while we waited and kept us updated during the entire process. All the staff were respectful, knowledgeable, and did not try to push anything on us we weren't interested in. We weren't given a hard time when we told them we were not interested in financing the vehicle. They still found two rebates for us despite us paying cash. Even with bringing the car up from Sarasota , I left in my new car before they locked the doors that night! I highly recommend Courtesy Genesis of Tampa, go talk to Antonio.
